The Goonellabah Medical Centre faced the challenge of an outdated website utilizing the cumbersome Joomla! CMS, resulting in a user experience that failed to cater to their target market. Furthermore, the website’s limited functionality and unintuitive interface did not effectively highlight the company’s key services. Realising the necessity for a redesign, GMC sought to enhance the user experience, elevate their brand image and boost online exposure.

An extensive website redesign was embarked upon, aiming to fulfill the aforementioned objectives. The result was a visually captivating and contemporary website, optimized for seamless viewing across all devices. Substantial improvements were made to the back-end management system, empowering the company to effortlessly update and maintain the website without the need for external developers as in the previous version.
The refined front-end and back-end of the website now provide a user-friendly experience for clients, particularly catering to elderly and disabled individuals. Meanwhile, the enhanced management capabilities enable staff to efficiently handle website updates and modifications.
Notably, the company’s branding and image were rejuvenated to align with the medical center’s 2023 marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence.
